Due to the nature of our product. We do not offer refunds. All sales are FINAL!! If you have receive the wrong product please contact us within 48 hours after receiving merchandise. To ensure a exchange for the current product please do not wet, unravel, play with or install the hair.  

 

Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used or altered in any way. We adhere to strict policies in regards to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns.

Disclaimer: Since our products are not processed or colored, our virgin hair comes only in the natural shades of 1B(off black)-Brown Colors, this color blends with majority hair color. We cannot guarantee that bundles will have the same color or same texture being that hair is taken from multiple donors.
